It's predictable and consistent experience almost regardless which one you use. It's the equivalent of home mechanics poking their Honda Civic all day long and people who just use the car to drive and absolutely do not care what's underneath and what all they can bolt on top of it. But people just dismiss this as "not a thing" even though it's very much a thing and I damn well understand why Apple is doing. Not the f**kery with Android phones where all 1 billion devices with it are all different and not even those with actually same OS behave the same because user is experiencing problems with webpage and you end up finding out the problem isn't the phone but 3rd party browser they are using. Experience is consistent and it's the same across ALL devices. Apple doesn't have to deal with any of that crap when things are under their control and their design. And you get such person in a support situation, waste bunch of time just to later find out some 3rd party crap they installed is causing all the problems.
